No power to fuel pump

I am not getting any power to the fuel pump. I have checked the pump and it is working and I have also checked the relay and it is also working. What else could this be?

The fuel pump is run by a circuit open relay that you should test. Here is a guide and the fuel pump wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:
