1998 Toyota T-100 Toyota T100 front rotors

I want to know how to change a 1998 Toyota T100 front rotors. I look everywhere and I found nothing. I read a few threads and I have a sense of how to do it but not too sure. Please, help me with steps by steps. I know how to change a front wheel drive, but the T100 is different.
