I got a Toyota Supra 1983 5mge engine 2.8 liters with 220,000KM.

I got no explosion in cylinder #1..

I had fire to the spark plug and tried 2 different spark plugs with no changes and I had swapped 2 spark plug wires and no changes.

When I disconnected others wires than the no1 the engine slow down but when I disconnect the no1 there is no change in engine speed.

I had the injectors cleaned a new gaz filter new fuel regulator gaz tank rebuilded like new and I got a 40 PSi pressure at the fuel rail.

I have pull out the plugs and no 2,3,4,5, and 6 and they were the color brown cookie but the no1 was clean like new and was not smelling gaz.

I got compression at 180 +- 5 PSI all around the 6 cylinders.

Can you help me to solve this problem.

Thanks

Frank

i don't think u have a scope to look at the pintle of the injector on #1 if it is electrically engaging comparing with the rest of the good injectors....so ....lets swap a good 1 n see if the problem move with the injectors...sound fair?
also if u injector is workin with bad igiton or engine mechanical problem will have wet spark plugs cause injector is gonna spray fuel....make sense?
