2001 Toyota Solara 6 cyl Automatic 35000 miles

Uses a quart of oil every 300 miles. Mainly smokes (black) when you first start it, especially after it has been setting for a couple of days.

Black is too rich of a fuel mixture-Blue is the color if its burning oil, No external leak-get an engine compression check or cylinder leakdown test to rule out valves stem seals/guides/rings//cylinder wear and tear-
