1999 Toyota Solara engine running rough

I have 1999 toyota solara it has 156000 miles. A week ago it starded to hasitate when I would accelerate. I push to gas then RPM hesitate to increase, after 1-2 second everything is being normal. Also when I was waiting on lights and started to accelerate , makes same thing, not all the time but getting more day by day.

Lack of acceleration,chugging,hesitating,jerking,bogging,misfiring etc. could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.
