2001 Toyota Sienna ECM

The dealer said my ECM was bad. I know there was a TSB Oct 19,2005 about this but I am out of warranty. My current ECM is part 89661-08060, this is the part that apparently is bad. My question is can I use part number 89661-08061 out of another Sienna? Is this plug and play? Will it start if I replace it? Will I have to take it to the dealer to reflash? I just dont want to waste money on this used ECM if it wont do the trick.

Normally and chance to the part No can indicate a factory updated version, unfortunately only Toyota can tell you if this part No is such an update, i would first get them to check the part No on there master data base, it will come up with any information that is relevant and if it is compatible , check this first.
