Running hot after a new thermostat

Vehicle listed above running hot causing overflow tank popping off cap. Just replaced the thermostat, new plugs and wires, flushed and installed the right coolant. It then started to run a rough idle .and at the stoplights it would idea low and like it's going to stall out.
Need a diagram of vacuum lines. I'm not sure how they connect to a power steering air control valve because it's not connected. Right now, I am trying to find how it's connected to the air intake manifold.

Hi,

As far as the vacuum related to the power steering idle up valve, I was able to find a schematic showing the vacuum hoses. There should be two of them. At an idle, if you turn the steering and pump pressure reaches a specified point, the valve allows a metered amount of air to bypass the throttle plate causing the engine, idle speed to increase.

Take a look at the schematic and the pics and let me know if that helps. Also, the last 2 pics are how to test if it is working.
