When cold, my RAV 4 is difficult to start (2-3 attempts), and runs badly until the engine is warmed up. The dealer has told me I need a replacement duel pump at £800+ (UK Pounds) plus labour - total of £1250 UK.
It this a reasonable diagnosis and charge?
