2004 Toyota Rav4 Trans slips in reverse

After having the trans fluid changed at a local lube shop my transmission has been slipping in reverse. I took it back in to the shop, they said it was a 1/2 quart low after putting the 1/2 quat in it still slips. I s this as bads as I think it is?

Hi there,

I would get to a transmission specialist and have an assessment done, i would be checking that they used the correct trans oil as well, start here.
