2003 Tundra, V8, 4.7L; installed a new battery three weeks ago.

The battery is not holding a charge after a week or so of sitting idle. Old battery had this problem and I attributed it to a bad battery.

I can't see any reason for the drain/discharge. All electrical items seems to function okay. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot? How/where to check voltage... What it could be?

Thanks,

Paul

There is a parasitic drain somewhere. Using a multimeter find out what the drain is in milliamps. One by one pull a fuse until you see the drop, then narrow down the part of that circuit is the problem.

Anything over .030ma is a No no-if its over its time to break out the high tech short circuit finder to track the culprit.
