About 2 months ago, I was driving home (in the snow) and I saw a light flash down by the fuse panel. My wipers stopped working. I see my wiper fuse is blown. I replace it, only to find another problem. Delay wipe and low wipe won't work. Only High wipe does. Low will only work if it is on high and I switch it to low. Well, last night the wipers got stuck in the upright position. The switch only goes to delay and low now. I can't even put the switch to high. The wiper fluid works, but I can't do anything with the wipers. Please help.
