We bought this truck and all the lamps were blown, it runs and idles perfect. We have put on a new alternator and new voltage regulator and it is still overcharging after it has ran awhile. We have looked for bare wires and can not find any, and have put a volt meter on them all - What Now?

well, after much research,i have that alot of people have this problem. it happens when they replace alt. with an after market one. i found one person who had fixed it by running a ground wire to the back of the alt. i did this and it seems to work. hope this helps others with same problem. thanks
