Electrical problem
2001 Toyota Pickup V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 82k miles

left blinker stays on with turn switch in the neutral position. with right blinker on...both blinkers are going. occasionally flasher goes off in high speed bursts. oddly blinkers behave normally in the ACC mode, problem only occurs with the vechicle running. flasher costs $58 as does the signal switch . I would like to get it right the first time.
