1994 Toyota Pickup Won't move

I recently swapped motors in my Toyota pickup, the truck the motor came our of was a 1986 pickup both efi. I got the 1994 with the 1986 motor in it running great but it won't move. I am pretty sure the transmission isn't bad. I changed the automatic tranny filter with no luck. Before I swap it to a manual tranny that I have do u have anny ideas???
