My 1992 Toyota pickup just failed the CA smog test. The truck failed on the low speed test for both HC and CO. The high speed HC and CO passed, but just barely. The NO were excellent on both low and high.
The truck has a new, non original catalytic converter, new plugs, wires, air filter, oil/filter. The truck runs great and dosen't show any codes on the dash.
The station was a test only station so the mechanic couldn't give me any advice.
Any help would be appreciated.
