I HAVE A 1992 TOYOTA TRUCK THAT IS STUCK IN 4 WHEEL LOW...ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET IT UN-STUCK.?

Hi mbunch33,
Most probably the 4 X 4 gear shift bushes are worn and the gear lever is now out of position.
Remove the 4X4 gearshift and manually use a screwdriver to engage to 2 wheel mode. Don't forget to replace the lever bush.

TRIED TO MANUAL DO IT WITH A SCREWDRIVER BUT IT IS LOCKED IN 4 WHEEL LOW AND WON'T BUDGE.

You sure you got the correct shift slot?
Any way it requires quite a strong force to get it going and since a screwdriver did not do the job, you need a stronger bar.
