I have a 1991 Toyota Pickup with the 22re engine that has 360,000 miles. My husband was driving it on the freeway one night and all of the sudden the truck started running real rough and also the engine was trying to die on him. He pulled off the freeway to look under the hood to see what was causing this problem and he found the #3 spark plug blew out from where sits in the engine. And when he went to put the spark plug back into the hole he couldn't. There was no threads in the hole for the spark plug to screw into. Would you know what would have caused this to happend, and also what can he do to fix it. Thank-you
