Not working meaning not flashing or not lighting at all?

head lights are ok, it is only the emergency and turn signals the one not working (not even on).

Okay...So they do nothing when they are turned on.

Check the fuse first.
IF good, Rapidly move the hazard switch and see if they react. That can flush out a bad switch sometimes.

I did check all fuses, light bulbs every thing looks okay, but I haven't done that move from fuse to hazard switch...what else could be after that if still not working?

Thank you for your help!

What I meant was push in the hazard switch in and out rapidly. ANyways, the common denominator here is the combination switch. IF power is going to it but not coming out, you'll need the combination switch that incorporates both the hazard and turn signal switchs into one component.

I had the same problem on my '87. I replaced the flasher right below the fuse box.
