Yes, my alternotor belt broke off last night on my way home from work. If you can tell me how to take off the outer belt, so that I can put on my new alternator belt, I would be greatful. There is no tension slide to loosen outer belts, like the slide bracket on the Alternator to use to loosen and tighten the belt. All I saw was the Bolt to the Air compressor that is fixed and not on a tension slide bracket. I am wondering how I can take off the outer belt. I have no idea exactly what to do, since there is no bracket, can you help me out? Thank you. SPC Louis Berry.

Barry, If you look directly under the power steering pump, there is a belt tensioner bolt underneath it. It is hard to see, so you have to feel around under the power steering pump. Once you find the bolt. loosen it. Your power steering pump should now loosen. Remove the power steering belt.
