did you tried to install the pump with out that screw?

is there another screw near that you can use to put pressure on the pump?

i used to extract the broken screws, welding a piece of metal on it and turn in and out until it break loose... but in your case the space its small and hard to reach also the easy-ot broken and the drilled block... make it even harder...think abou it.. should be something...
good luck!
