1999 Toyota RAV 4, 4WD, 81,000 miles.

Just purchased the vehicle and the washer fluid will not spray on the windshield or the back glass. The wipers work in the front and the rear. From looking at the haynes manual the wiper and washer use the same fuse...i replaced it anyway no change. There is fluid in the resevoir, I do not heare the pump motor running when I turn the key on and engage the washer switch. The washer fluid is a bright blue so I am assuming it is not freezing in the lines..the resevoir is not frozed in looks fine.

The motor might be bad or no power to it-do a CSI to include the peep hole that splash the windshield-when its clogged its not gonna spray.

There are two washer motors according to the diagram one for the front and one for the rear is that right or they actually the same motor? I disconnected the line that runs to the front two nozzles and no fluid would squirt out of the lines.
