Toyota Matrix 2003 doesn't spread washer fuild

If you hear the front motor/pump and nothing is going to the windshield-its clogged-up.

Don't hear nothing-check the electrical connector for the front pump.

My 4 Runner does the same thing. The Reservoir got frozen at the start of winter and when I got the oil changed the man 'nicely' offered to thaw it out. He mangled the electrical connector and the sensor wasnt working but now no washer fluid comes out of the front either. Back one works fine.

Where would I find one of these electrical connectors to buy? I have fiddled with it and found which is broken but where do I get a replacement?
