2000 Other Toyota Models securikey + alarm

To start i do not have a remote for my 2000 ToyotaTundra--I parked next to a New Model Camry and didnot lock my truck, when I returned I belive the Camry engaged the security on my truck, my doors were locked and the engine imobilzer was engaged- We disconnected the engine emobilizer got it started but the alarm will not disconnect without the remote. How do I shut it off??
