Just recently, i've been having this issue with my car, from time to time if the car is running in idle and i turn on the AC it shuts off. It works fine if i turn off the AC. Also i realise the idle rev goes to about 1500rpm sometimes 2000rpm without the AC being on. Even if i'm driving and switch the AC on it kills the engine. Remember i said it doesnt happen all the time, so the times i doesnt kill the engine the AC works like a charm and the idle rev is just about 1000rpm so this kinda got me confused, your help urgently needed and appreciated as i love this baby. Its a 1994 corolla levin with the 4AGE silver top engine, automatic transmission, hope i gave enough info.. thanks
