oil dripping to the carpet

Toyota landcruiser VX 2002 4.2 turbo diesel at 102000km.
What may be the cause of clear oil dripping to the carpet of the front passenger through the cables under the gloves box?

I can't keep track of al the coolant changes, but does it seem to be the same as the coolant.....heater core?
