1996 Toyota Landcruiser low pressures on a/c

i am working on a 1996 toyota landcruiser. when i turn on the a/c the pressures are low. the high side is reading 90 psi. the low side is reading 0 psi. i have replaced the condenser, compressor, and expansion valve. and nothing has changed. i have also blew out the lines for restrictions, there are none. i am at a loss. please help. stephen

Are you sure you got enough gas in the system?

Check the drier.

found the low pressure hose next to the exhaust manifold collapsed. now working on a second car, same model. turned out to be the same problem.

fix turned out to be low pressure hose next to exhaust manifold collapsed. had a second vehicle with same problem and fix.
