Hello,
My wife has a 2001 V6 AWD Highlander. The tires require changing and I have a set of tire from a prior vehicle - was wondering if they would fit. The stock tire currently on the vehicle is P225/70R16. The set of tires I want to use (to avoid having to shell out $$$) are P235/70R16. Will these fit on a highlander??

There are a variety of possible problem that may or may not occur. The abs system may not like it, the speedometer will be inaccurate, possible rubbing problems may happen.
The gearing on trannys and differentials can also be affected.

its within 3% window so it should be fine. i personally wouldn't go over a 1% difference even though 3% is industry standard.
