2003 Toyota Echo transmission issue

i do have a Toyota echo 2003 very low mileage on it my problem i got my oil change in toyota place when i first drive the car after the car keep chage gears alot and when i go on the high way its doean't switch to the forth gear . if you please advice me about what's wrong with car .

Take it back to Toyota and have them fix it, they may have done a general inspection and accidently disconnected a shift solenoid or a connection to transmission.

I would certainly not pay them for the problem, since they were only ask to change oil.
