Noises problem
2003 Toyota Echo Front Wheel Drive Automatic 41000 miles

Hi I had my Toyota echo left in the drive way over the winter months. Mid-December until mid April and recently it makes really loud squealing noises when I first start her and for a while after until it heats up... Could it be a belt problem? Also it is very damp rainy weather here now. Don't know if that would make a difference or not. Please help!
