I have a 1985 Toyoda Cressida. 141,000 miles 4 cylinder. Since it's been really cold there's what starts out as a low humming noise from underneath the hood but right in front of the driver. When I get going 50 M.P.H. or more a very loud screaming noise kicks in from the same place. As soon as I slow down it kicks right off. Any ideas? Thanks.
