1988 Toyota Cressida Won't go in reverse, goes forward in n

OK... My 88 Cressida won't shift into reverse. Drive is OK, 2 and 1 are OK Neutral makes it go forward like in drive. I filled it with trans fluid and it seems to be at an acceptable level.

Any clues?
