TCC solenoid

My car stall when stop completely for a couple of seconds, I have changed fuel filter, coolant temp. sensor, and tune up stuffs.
I try to change to TCC solenoid, in my 1993 corolla 1.8 liter engine.
Where is it?
And how do i tell if the tcc solenoid is working?

The TCC solonoid is the electronic device that causes the torque converter to lock-up and un lock when you are the drive over about 45.

Drive about 50, touch the brake lightly, if it is working the torgue converter will disengage and you will hear and engine rpm increase. After you hear the increase, it will shift back into lock up. The rpm change is about 250.

If the torgue converter will not unlock then it is a major stall condition as it will be a direct connection to the engine without a torgue converter. Good luck
