my engine light started to come on a week or two,and when its on the transmission is shifting roughly now.it seems to be idling ok.ihear people saying it could be the emc or ecu? not sure.will it hurt to continue to drive the car,my wife drives to work and back 30 klms each way at varing speeds up to 80 klms.we are planning a wedding trip 800kms round trip, 4-5 hrs each way ,will it be okay to drive the car.will changing the fluid and filter, and gasket help?? thank you
