Hi,

I have recently was involved in accident, they hit me from the reah and I spun. The rediator shifted and the exhaust was damaged. I have replaced the radiator and fixed teh exhaust, but now when I drive if I exceed 120km/h, the temperature rises with the speed and when I release the accelerator the temperature goes back to normal. It is still normal if I drive between 110 and 120km/h but if I exceed it is a problem.

It is the first time this has happened and I am afraid it might kill my engine anytime soon.

While it could be the temp sensor or wiring, it could also be a cracked head.

Have compression tested to rule out a head/gasket.
