2006 Toyota Corolla Rattling noise

every time I turn on the car there is a rattling noise coming from engine. it use to do it every time the car was cold. Now it does it even if it is warmed.

Make sure the oil level is full. Have oil pressure checked with mechanical gauge, If low, then oil pump or galley blockage is possible.
If oil pressure is OK, then you will have to check valve shim clearence on intake and exhaust valves, also make sure cam bearing caps are not worn/grooved etc.
