2006 Toyota Corolla brakes grinding

had rear brakes done 07/09 within 3 months grinding sounds from rear i have taken it back 3 or 4 times and sound stops for any where from 2 weeks to 4 months but its starts grinding again any help i what it could be.
i trust this aotu shop, so i don't know what or where to go from here any help thanks

Hi there,

Check with the mechanic and ask if the problem is an ongoing dust issue, if not find out exactly what they are doing to rectify this problem, this may give some insight into a more permanent fix.
