2005 Toyota Corolla door window sound

The problem is when closing the passenger side door there is a knock or abnormal sound emitting from the glass window. it sounds like the glass is not secure properly internally but when inspecting the glass physically it seems normal. i don't have power windows.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The bolts that hold the window to the regulator may be loose. You will have to remove the interior door panel to inspect them.

Also the regulator could be raising the window crooked.
