Do a continuity test on the green and white wire between the bulb socket and the junction connector 8/9 at left side of luggage compartment

The bottom brake lights are working-the lights are all powered from the junction connector in the luggage compartment. If this junction connector is okay the light should come on-check it and get back with some results

The no. 8/9 terminal is the junction connector the brake light circuit splits from here to the brake lights. I assumed that you're refering the middle light as the high mount light -correct

Check the green and white wire on the middle brake light socket for power - do you have power if so the ground wire white and black is open
