2002 Toyota Corolla Power Steering

Hi all,

I blow a fuse for my radio which I replace but my power steering light has come on the dashboard. When this happen the engine was off and not running. When I started the car I had no power steering. I did take the car to a garage and they did a diagnostic on the car that passed ok but didn't show a fault.

I can still drive the car but parking is a nightmare without the power steering.

Any idea's would be of help!
