2002 Toyota Corolla 136000 miles

I recently bought a 2002 toyota corolla with 136000 on it. I took it to a local toyota dealer to check it out completely. The car was maintained very well. There were minor things to to like the serpentine belt and rear break shoes. I had noticed during the test drive that there was a slight rubbing noise somewhere in the front wheels. I could not tell if it was in the wheel bering or if the pads were dragging. I figured it needed breaks and that was minor. It ran great so I bought it. Well toyota told me that the front breaks were just done and everything was fine. I was not convinced. I took the car to a break specialist. One that I know personally.. He told me the break job was sub-par. The pads were cheap and roters were not even turned. This work was done and I thought the problem would be gone. Wrong. Nothing has changed. This rubbing sound is worse when turning to the left and is independent of applying the breaks. The sound is a rotational rub or low grind going straight as well.
