Does a toyota corolla 2000 model have a timing chain or timing belt? Do timing chains need replacement?

Timing chain, and there is no SCHEDULED replacement, but they do wear and MAY need to be replaced in the future, but I would not worry about it for a long time, unless you are having a specific problem?
