I hear a sound in the engine of my car when I try to turn full. Also, there's a little noice coming (seems to be from the engine) when accellerating.
Note that, I've done a repair for flywheel before this.
The repair was, the flywheel has had a crack on it and we repaired the same and re-used it. Please advice.

Dscribe the noise.

How did you repair the flexplate? Did you weld it? They are balanced and you would normally replace the flexplate (flywheels are used on manual transmissions).

Any welding can easily warp the flexplate.

Noise comes when I accelerate the car (it’s like, for example, something is in touch with the tire when it’s spinning, the best way I can describe it).
Yes I weld the flexplate.
Can you please tell me what do you mean by “Any welding can easily warp the flexplate”?

Following is the reason I had to do all these.
When I was travelling, I noticed my engine heat goes high (it went to maximum). So I stopped the car and observed that the radiator has no enough coolant. I let the engine cool down and filled the radiator with water. Soon after I started the car I didn’t find any issue with the heat, but noticed a rattling noise coming from the engine. After examining it, we found that it’s coming from the flexplate, and when we opened it, it had a little crack on it. So I got it welded.

Please advice…

Flexplates are a stamped steel piece with a ring gear welded to it, this is normally done in a jig, by a robot to prevent the steel from warping from the heat of the welding arc. Their only job (unlike a flywheel) is to start the engine.

Any warpage would cause the noise you mention. If you weld it, you should place it on a flat surface and make sure it has not warped, otherwise replace it.

The overheating should not be related to the flexplate, two seperate issues.
