My daughter has q 1999 corolla that she purchased new and it runs great if it doesn't rain but when it does with water on the road it starts making a fultering noise and the RPMs rev up but the car loses speed . It never stalls and stars good but she has to sometimes stop on the side of the road and let the engine run and it will go good until it hits more water ? Please help !
