1999 Toyota Corolla solving the problem

I notice when I get up to speed in my car around 55-60 it shakes and almost feels like the car is rattling and the tires are going to fly off. I have been through alot of tires lately because they are wearing out and I can't figure out what exactly it is that makes it shake.
