Radio fuse

Why is it i have no power to my radio or clock I m not sure what it is iv checked the fuses in the outside fuse box and all seems to be good

check DOME fuse (10 amp) in left side of engine compartment fuse box. check CIG fuse (15 amp) behind left kick panel
