1997 Toyota Corolla Windows and Power Locks No Longer Work

Hi, I have a 97 Corolla. Neither my windows or my door locks work. The fuses are fine. I think it's electrical - are there a list of things I can check for? Thanks!

Chexk for 12V at switch. If no voltage, then fuse or relay, or relay if you have checked fuse.

If voltage is present, then switch assy.

If none of the PW/PL switches work and fuse is good, then relay.
