My 1997 Toyota Corolla (CE Sedan - 4 DOOR) seat belt light is always on even i wear my seat belt. I am the only driver. No passengers inside. Sometimes, it is blinking. Please help me to fix this.

Check the car repair link in the thread for a manual, or get a Haynes manual. The switch that activates the seat belt is defective. This is usually in the seat belt retraction system.
