1995 Toyota Corolla Componet location

Checked for spark, getting intermittent spark.

Test the coil primary and secondary resistances/distributor pick-up coil-if its okay your last stop is the ignitor-If the wiring checks out between the distributor and computer-its either the computer or the distributor that's causing the problem-

The fix here since your getting intermittent spark that means the computer is telling the ignitor to fire the coil which is happening otherwise you won't be getting the intermittent spark.

Every parts are in the distributor-do you have a repair manual?

i have replacethe distributor cap, rotor, coil and now didtributor.

Still just cranks, is it possible the computer needs to be reset after replacing parts?

i do not have a repair manual but i can get one if it would be helpful.

should i check again for spark? ground one of the wires, correct?

any idea how much a new computer would run/

You need to check for open and short on the wires between the distributor and computer-if okay change out the computer-

Is this accomplished by grounding one lead from the volt meter and checking for 12 vots on each line or should I be checking for resistance from end to end on each wire?
