1994 Toyota Corolla runs hot

I have a '94 Toyota corolla wagon. It started running hot.Never into the red zone but about 1/2 up to the red. The water pump was bad and was replaced but it is still running hot. I have the fan running all the time. Bypassed the fan switch by disconnecting it. There is a small amount of white on the oil cap. Very small. I did a block test and that turned out good. I have also replaced the thermostat and still the same. I don't know an inexpesive way to check if the radiator is bad . No leaks and the car holds all it's fluids. Stumped any ideas.

The white/green foam is usually a sign of a bad headgasket, intake manifold or head.

quick check is to remove the radiator cap and idle the vehicle and when warm fill up the radiator untill it doesnt bubble down anymore, then if bubbles keep appearing but level stays the same you have a bad headgasket or head.

Did you change the thermostat and make sure it is facing the proper way?

I think I'm going with the bad head gasket. The anti-freeze level holds good. I'm not so sure what the bubbles are suppose to look like. I did the block test and the fluid color didn't change. I do see that little bit of white on the oil cap. I think I'm just going to take it in and have a mechanic find out and then do the repair myself. Thanks for the words.

if no coolant loose then its a circulation problem
double check water pump and thermostat
check radiator
check temp on radiator in different spots
if you have cold spot s
check coolant flow throw the radiator
you may benefit from a good flush
