1994 Toyota Corolla Manual 110000 miles

Hi. My car makes a terrible noise after starting the engine. I have had the fan belt, power steering belt and the brake pads changed recently but it still makes this noise. What could be the problem? Thanks.

Can you try and describe the noise, as i will need some type of clue to go on.

It's like a chirping noise, it was the same noise before they changed the brake pads, except that this time the noise starts after switching the ignition.
